Aaron experiences stems from a multi-faceted range of backgrounds. Mainly, Aaron worked for the large insurance defense industry straight out of law school. He also prosecuted and litigated against major Fortune 500 companies as an employment attorney defending the rights of workers whose rights were violated. Mr. Aaron defended consumer’s rights and successfully prosecuted and settled against The Big Three Automakers in lemon law. Aaron spearheaded a litigation plan in a billion-dollar class-action lawsuit against Ford Motor Company. In addition, Aaronhas a strong background in real estate management, contracts, and financing, as well as landlord-tenant disputes and development and construction of multi-family housing as well as commercial and industrial properties.
Aaron attended Pepperdine Law School where he was involved in a multitude of activities and still found time to graduate early in December of 2017. Aaron was selected to be a part of the Pepperdine Law Honors Trial Advocacy Team where he was a finalist at the National American Bar Association Labor & Employment Trial Competition.
Prior to law school, Aaron was the Director of Operations at a leading fashion brand. During his tenure, Aaronconstructed and successfully negotiated high value contracts with big box fashion retailers across the United States and in doing so, oversaw high scale international product supply chain and negotiations. Aaron attended The University of California, Berkeley and graduated on the Dean’s List in 2013. There, Aaron’s emphasis was in Pre-Law and Business at the Haas School of Business.
In his spare time, Aaron enjoys his native home and beach town of Santa Monica by playing volleyball on the beach or enjoying the sunsets on Ocean Boulevard. Aaron is an avid writer and plays the piano as well. He is proficient in Spanish and fluent in Hebrew and Farsi.
